A career in our Master Limited Partnerships practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You'll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.Our team helps our clients with gaining access to capital markets and cash liquidity and enhancing the process for taking their Master Limited Partnerships public. Job seekers must demonstrate all of the minimum requirements are met for CPA licensure per respective state regulations.Minimum Years of Experience:
    2 year(s)Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in a range of Partnership practices, including specialized consulting and software tools for clients requiring nontraditional tax compliance tools and services, tax reporting and compliance services across a variety of geographic locations.Advanced knowledge of various types of clients and targets, including private operating partnerships, Publicly Traded Partnerships, Grantor Trusts, Up-Cs, UPREITs, and Foreign Publicly Traded Partnerships.Working knowledge of processing the tax calculations of multiple clients; requesting, interpreting, preparing and processing client information (including fixed asset information and general book tax differences) for input into the proprietary tax allocation systems; and reviewing and reconciling the outcome of this information. Some knowledge of tax code sections: 704(b), 704(c), 751, 752, 754, 734 and 743(b) and the associated regulations.
