Telecommute Senior Medical Accountant

Job Description:

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Medical Accountant.

Must be able to:
Compile financial statements for various State and Federal government customers
Prepare standard month-end journal entries
Perform gain/risk share calculations in accordance with contract language and ensures client settlements
Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
2+ years of professional accounting experience
Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statements
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work with various systems and databases
