CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for an Account Manager
position for a Luxury Jewelry and Watch Company! Job Title: Key
Account Manager Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050 Length of
Assignment : Long term temp (6 months possibly longer) Pay: $20-$22
BOE Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, possible OT
Responsibilities: Request and maintain all carrier accounts for all
business units and shipping sites, including new carrier accounts,
creating carrier logins, and setup new site requirements for
carriers including FedEx, UPS, and armored carriers. Responsible
for monitoring and tracking all outbound small parcel shipments
from Grand Prairie and Fort Worth ship origins utilizing internal
Microsoft Access database. Provide communication to customer
service regarding shipment exceptions and take necessary actions to
resolve. Responsible for the hazardous materials training program
within the RNA Network, including scheduling training, maintain
accurate records of certified employees, and providing hazardous
goods shipping materials to RNA sites. Create and maintain team
Microsoft SharePoint, including formatting and transferring
reference documents Requirements: REQUIRED 2 years of account
management Preferred : MS SharePoint experience Required: at
minimum Intermediate Excel skills Required: Data entry skills
(manipulating large amounts of data) SAP is a plus Process
improvement and customer focused mindset Proven ability to
multi-task High learning agility Strong problem-solving skills High
School Diploma or GED Strong organizational, interpersonal and
communication skills Strong collaborator with team members and
business partners Strong integrity and work ethic with an ability
