What You'll Be Doing: As the Accounting Consultant , you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of their financial operations. You'll be responsible for core accounting functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, compliance, and business performance. Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Consultant: Reconcile subledger Clean up deferred revenue (POC accounting) Identify and correct misclassified entries Clean and manipulate complex data Review and identify missing or incorrect data to be removed Maintain the general ledger, including preparation of accurate and timely journal entries Oversee fixed asset accounting and ensure proper depreciation tracking Support and enhance standard costing procedures and inventory control measures Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Consultant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant role NetSuite System experience is strongly desired Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Advanced Functions Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability Comfortable in a dynamic, bustling manufacturing or industrial environment INMAY2025 CBMAY2025 AccountingConsultant AccountingManager SeniorAccountant
