Seeking a Controller – PE-Backed - Services & Construction
Company Need a SME in Netsuite! Location: Hybrid- DFW, (2–3
days/week in-office preferred) Compensation: Base Salary
$150,000–$200,000 DOE Negotiable Bonus Our client, a growing
private equity-backed services and construction firm, is seeking a
Controller to lead the finance and accounting function during a
dynamic period of expansion. This high-impact role offers close
collaboration with the CEO and the opportunity to shape financial
strategy and infrastructure as the company scales. Key
Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of finance, budgeting, and
full-cycle accounting / percentage of completion / project
accountingetc Maintain and enhance the existing Oracle NetSuite
environment (live for 3–4 years), including project accounting
modules Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership to
support business planning and performance Lead financial reporting,
compliance, and operational accounting processes Top Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, especially project-based
modules Industry background in rail, transportation, logistics, or
construction would be ideal CPA license Experience in a private
equity-backed environment
