Job Description:
As the Controller you are responsible for accounting, internal
and external financial reporting and tax reporting for the company,
its subsidiaries and joint ventures. Duties and responsibilities of
the Controller: Manages and directs accounting personnel Directs
the internal and external financial reporting for the company
Provides accounting interpretation and application for the company
to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
Oversees the accounting for purchases and sales of real estate,
including accounting interpretations under GAAP Oversees the
accounting for joint ventures Oversee consolidation of subsidiaries
and interests in joint ventures under GAAP Communicates accounting
department interests and performs accounting services and other
miscellaneous duties as needed or assigned
