us! Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and
coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables
which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key
responsibilities include communicating work objectives,
coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams,
providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the
deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to
standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the
client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality,
timeline, and cost. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate PPRT
(Program Project Risk Tool) initiatives to ensure all change
efforts are appropriately assessed, documented, and governed.
Change Management & Governance Apply enterprise-level change
management standards using UCRA and PPRT frameworks. Partner with
change owners to uplift adoption and ensure aligned, compliant
implementation plans. Drive initiative intake, prioritization, and
ensure all projects meet enterprise governance and documentation
requirements. Ensure post-implementation tasks are completed (e.g.,
risk mitigation plan execution, evidence collection, metric
reviews). PPRT Risk Management Lead PPRT assessments: identify,
document, and escalate risks to maintain transparency with Risk and
Compliance partners. Continuously monitor risk metrics and ensure
they inform remediation strategies. Analyze historical data,
trends, and business drivers to develop accurate forecasting
Project Execution Define project scope in line with strategic
objectives, utilizing standard project management methodologies.
Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, using tools like MS
Office, SharePoint, and WebEx. Build and lead project teams,
coordinating across lines of business, technology, and risk
stakeholders. Risk and Issue Management Proactively identify and
assess project and delivery risks, maintaining visibility with
stakeholders. , Develop mitigation strategies, escalate critical
issues, and collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams on action
plans. Forecasting Required Qualifications: Experience with PPRT
and/or UCRA frameworks (2 years), including controlling initiatives
via these tools. Solid background in change management and
application governance in financial services. Proven risk
management and issue resolution skills; adept at risk
identification and escalation. Excellent planning, organization,
and team leadership acumen. Proficient communication skills,
capable of presenting to executive levels. Tech-savvy with MS
Office, SharePoint, and WebEx. Project Management experience
(minimum 1–2 years) in relevant areas. Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Assistance domain. Prior
experience in financial services application governance and
enterprise change frameworks. High School Diploma/GED required;
bachelor’s degree or project management certification (PMP,
PRINCE2) preferred. Skills: Collaboration Project Management Result

(NJ2130) Pay and benefits information Pay range $78,200.00 -
$157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on
experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive
eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual
