Data Entry Coordinator Location Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule • $34.35 per hour • 8am to 5pm,
Monday–Friday • W2 Contract ROLE IMPACT Join the Environmental
Department to support procurement and financial operations. This
role ensures smooth processing of purchase orders and invoices
while maintaining organized documentation systems. Success in this
position depends on accuracy in data entry, attention to detail,
and consistent execution of administrative processes. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES • Submit purchase orders (PO) and ensure accurate
tracking • Code invoices properly for expense allocation and
reporting • Maintain organized digital filing and document
management systems • Perform high-volume data entry with attention
to financial accuracy • Support overall departmental administration
with a focus on procurement tasks MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Strong
numerical and data entry skills • Accuracy and consistency in
invoice and PO processing • Familiarity with basic accounting or
procurement processes • Comfortable working in a structured,
detail-oriented environment CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Excel
• Document management systems • Digital filing platforms • COUPA
(preferred but not required) PREFERRED SKILLS • Exposure to
procurement or finance operations • Experience in corporate or
environmental departments • Familiarity with COUPA or similar
