Responsibilities Handle all aspects of scheduling patients’ visits, surgeries, testing and procedures Maintain/update physician(s) schedules and calendar(s) Maintain patient information in an electronic health records (EHR) Protect patient information and comply with all HIPAA guidelines Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent required 2 year healthcare experience strongly preferred Prior Scheduling experience required. Bilingual preferred.
