Overview: A well-established and respected diverse commercial general contractor is seeking experienced Superintendents to join their growing team. This company delivers a wide range of high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day field operations on active jobsites Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials to maintain schedules and efficiency Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and field teams Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and site logs Conduct regular jobsite meetings and provide ongoing progress updates Ideal Background: MUST HAVE k-12 experience 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Municipal experience prefered Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors across multiple phases of a project Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and documentation Proficiency with field tech such as Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam (or similar) Ability to travel up to 1/3 of the year (only for applicable roles) What’s Offered: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) 100% company-paid health insurance for employees 401(k) with company match Vehicle allowance or company truck (based on role) Paid travel and accommodations (for travel roles) A collaborative culture focused on professional growth and long-term success If you're ready to take the lead on exciting commercial builds and grow with a company that values its people, let's connect.
