Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant Location: Grapevine, TX
75061 Duration: 3 months (With possible perm) Job Responsibilities:
· Will be doing admin duties as this is a specialty clinic · Take
vitals on patients and gather all medical history information from
the patient. · Assist with the front, back office, and cross train
surgery scheduling. · Work on faxes, scheduling New Patient
appointments, complete FMLA forms, intake and outbound patient
calls, manage in-basket patient messages, etc. Requirements: ·
Experience in Patient care, taking physician orders, ordering
imaging and referrals, submitting insurance authorization, Surgery
Scheduling. · 5 years of Medical Assistant experience. ·
EMR/computer literacy. · Experience in Front and Back office. ·
Problem-Solving. · Attention to Detail · Effective Communication ·
Flexibility and Adaptability. .
