Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired
community of 650 units, located in Dallas, Texas. Ideal candidate
should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must
have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting,
finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair
Housing. Previous Property Manager experience for a small property

sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and
walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants. Must be
able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to traverse a
