Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide specialized therapy services within a school
setting in Garland, TX. This opportunity is ideal for professionals
skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language,
and communication disorders in children. Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify students
communication needs - Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans based on assessment results and IEP goals -
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to
support student progress - Document sessions and maintain accurate,
timely records in compliance with school policies - Participate in
IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to student
development Qualifications: - Valid Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) license or certification appropriate for the school setting -
Proven experience working with children in educational environments
- Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones
and disorders - Excellent communication skills and ability to
collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Location:
