Working knowledge and proficiency with eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) Working knowledge and proficiency with Arbortext and UltraEdit or similar tools Working knowledge of MIL-STD-40051c, MIL-STD-2361, MIL-PRF-63002 for Modification Work Orders, and MIL-PRF-63033 for Demilitarization Proficient with Microsoft office products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and Adobe Acrobat (Standard/Professional). Ability to write using clear and concise language that adheres to customer-established standards and conventions. Ability to research and write technical content for maintenance technical manuals including installation, test, repair, and troubleshooting procedures Ability to acquire and verify subject matter content by interviewing workers engaged in developing products, observing production methods, referring to engineering drawings, notes, manuals, and similar publications.
