We’re looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of our automated Distribution Centers. Whether it’s keeping conveyors moving, troubleshooting control systems, or ensuring workplace safety, you’ll play a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Maintenance & Technical Support Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on conveyors, dock equipment, HVAC, lighting, and more Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Support automation systems: diagnose/reset faults, work with PLCs, sensors, HMIs Collaborate with IT to resolve WMS, scanner, and other connected system issues Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and vendor-coordinated major repairs Maintain technical documentation, schematics, and system records Mount equipment, assemble workstations, and adjust/replace racking as needed Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols Log all maintenance activity in CMMS Support audits, inspections, and facility compliance efforts What We’re Looking For Experience: 3 years in warehouse or industrial maintenance (7 years if no degree). Skills: Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and interpreting technical diagrams. Tech Knowledge: Familiar with basic control systems, PLCs, sensors, IP networking, and Warehouse Management Systems. Mindset: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, self-starter, and safety-focused. Preferred Skills: Experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center CMMS software experience (e.g., Fiix, Maintenance Connection) OSHA 10 or 30 certification Basic networking or IT knowledge Pay by Location Flower Mound, TX: $25–$30/hr Kernersville, NC: $23–$28/hr Temecula, CA: $25–$32/hr Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time, onsite) Ready to be part of a team that values technical expertise, safety, and continuous improvement?
