Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an
experienced and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems,
including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating,
ventilation, air conditioning equipment with a minimum of 10 years
of commercial experience. Experience with chilled water, boilers,
VAV/FPB and pneumatics is required. This role requires a
detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics
and technical documents while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in
commercial settings. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating
and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine
maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend
system lifespan. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and
technical manuals to complete installations accurately. Respond to
service calls in a timely manner, providing high-quality field
service to clients. Repair or replace defective components such as
compressors, motors, and thermostats. Ensure compliance with safety
regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used
and time spent on each job. Skills Proficient in HVAC systems
installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. Strong
understanding of schematics and technical documentation related to
HVAC equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a
team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills
with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of chilled water
and boiler systems is required. Knowledge of FPB/VAV is required.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems is required. Strong communication
skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Join
