key member of our HVAC services team, you will play a critical role
in estimating and supporting projects focused on chiller systems.
Your expertise will help diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade a
wide range of HVAC equipment. This position is ideal for a
problem-solver and skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced,
customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Technical
Troubleshooting: Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system
issues, ensuring all failed components are addressed. System
Expertise: Work with air- and water-cooled HVAC equipment,
including VFDs and various starter types. Hydronic Systems:
Diagnose and resolve issues with system pumps and water balance.
Cooling Towers: Troubleshoot cooling towers and evaporative
condensers effectively. Microprocessor Knowledge: Apply working
knowledge of York, Trane, and Carrier microprocessors. Team
Support: Assist with dispatch service calls during peak demand
periods. Professional Communication: Maintain clear and respectful
communication with customers and internal teams. Documentation:
Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and on time.
Independent Work: Take ownership of tasks, set goals, and follow
through with urgency. Travel: Willingness to travel within the
greater Dallas area as needed. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all
safety protocols, including safe driving practices. Flexibility:
