The Vice-President of Engine Trading and Leasing, reporting to the
CEO of CFM Materials, will have overall responsibility for leading
the CFM Materials global team in all aspects of engine
acquisitions, both for part out and the green time lease portfolio,
in all aspects of engine trading, and for all aspects of managing
the green time lease portfolio. The role is responsible for
developing and executing on the overall strategy in support of the
CFM Materials mission statement working across all functions of the
company while strengthening our high performing team.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
--- Develop market differentiated strategies and value propositions
to support CFM Materials acquisition, trading, and leasing
objectives
--- Develop and maintain relationships across the global
marketplace with entities that will be trading CFM56 or LEAP
engines
--- Develop tactical strategies for each opportunity that elevates
CFM Materials probability of success
--- Maintain market knowledge regarding both the supply and demand
dynamics of CFM56 and LEAP engines and how it affects market
pricing
--- Assist and provide feedback on the pricing models for part out
assets
--- Maintain and evolve the pricing model for green time
leasing
--- Provide leadership and participate in negotiations to close on
opportunities being pursued, including detailed knowledge of
contract specifics
--- Prepare and present strategy and analysis to senior management,
including the Board of Directors of CFM Materials
--- Collaborate across all functions of CFM Materials to ensure
strategy and action items are aligned across teams
--- Attend industry related events and take on an ambassador role
for the company
--- Role to be based at CFM Materials HQ in the Dallas / Fort Worth
area. Alternatives may be considered for a highly qualified

Knowledge / Experience Desired
--- 10+ years of experience in the aircraft engine market
--- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering,
master's degree preferred
--- Existing relationships across the engine market with owners and
operators of aircraft engine assets
--- Knowledge of the CFM56 and LEAP markets
--- Fluency in Microsoft office toolsSpecificity of the jobSafran
