A public relations firm is seeking a Remote Social Media
Community Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Conducting community management, identifying trends, and engaging
with brand audience
Identifying, flagging, and engaging on trending topics and
reputational issues
Engaging with customers, influencers, and brand audiences on
products, services, news, campaigns, and events
Qualifications for this position include:
Background in community management and/or customer experience
management
Possess excellent social media skills
Experience utilizing customer experience platforms, like
Sprinklr
A genuine interest in developing expertise in social media
channels
4 years of professional experience with social media community
management and/or social listening for a major brand
