Job Description

The Program Manager serves in the role of team leader and has the ultimate responsibility for the successful performance of the assigned programs and projects. S/he directs and oversees the assigned programs portfolio to ensure such programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Oversee projects from initiation through release, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. Works with other department leaders and resources to define, prioritize, and drive projects and programs. Key responsibility for managing the project's scope, deliverables, schedule, budget and quality. Some projects may include global business integrations, insourcing, outsourcing, and systems deployment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client business and ability to set program objectives and define roadmap for the program
• Work with all stakeholders to articulate do-able goals, requirements, and schedule
• Design, facilitate, and deploy internal and external initiatives to increase visibility or revenue
• Create, share, and update project plans and communicate status to clients and management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, vendor, and personnel issues with respect to timelines Qualifications:
  • 5 years of program management experience
  • Bilingual in Chinese/English preferred
  • B.A. degree
