A Shift Manager works directly with crewmembers to effectively operate the restaurant during their shift. The Shift Manager ensures that restaurants are clean and well maintained, that all company procedures are followed and all standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service are met. The Shift Manager must also control costs at budgeted levels about cash handling, food products, labor, supplies, etc.ResponsibilitiesOur Shift Managers are in the key to operating our restaurants daily. You will help support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.You know the business and have at least six months of experience as a manager within a restaurant or retailYou are familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service and will uphold Company Core ValuesYou're humble and ready to learn about what makes us differentYou're not afraid to jump in and help your team and lead them to the next levelExecute the systems daily to ensure and maintain the unit follows all OSM procedures to provide an excellent experience for the guest and a safe work environment for the crew and guestAssist the team in running a shiftEnsure that daily sales/production goals are met.
