(Overview)Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is looking to add a Seasonal Front Office Specialist to our growing team. This temporary position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoys working with kids. Our front office job positions allow for flexible schedules as well as education and training opportunities. What You Need (Qualifications):High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust pass criminal background checkEnjoys working with children!Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.AHA Certification - RequiredBLS Certification - RequiredThe Perks (Benefits):Salary: $14-$16 depending on experienceTime and a half pay on holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas); shorter holiday hoursOvertime pay availableFree in-house medical care for employee and dependent childrenEmployee recognition and appreciation programsOpportunities for full-time positionsThe Nitty Gritty (Day To Day):Work with your team members to provide excellent healthcare to our patients!Provide excellent customer service to sick children and their nervous parentsGreet patients/customersVerify insurance benefitsInput data into EMRCollect co-payments/deductibles/balancesAnswer and manage phonesConduct end of day balancingWhen We Operate (Schedule):12, 10 and 8 hour shiftsRotating WeekendsClinic Hours are as follows: Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 8:30 pmSat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pmOpportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
