As a--Senior Pharmacy--Technician,--you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to / from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. Along the way, you'll discover the training, support, and career opportunities you'd expect from a Fortune 6 leader.--This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details / clinical information. It's a fast - paced, high - volume environment where our members are counting on us to deliver these important, sometimes lifesaving medications in an accurate and efficient manner.--
Location: 8400 ESTERS BLVD STE 185-- IRVING, TX-- 75063
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Primary Responsibilities:--

• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information
  
• Process prescriptions
  
• Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
  
• Pulling and staging the medications for compounding
  
• Understanding of USP797 sterile guidelines
  
• May need to stock medications as needed
  
• May need to assist with labeling and organizing medications and supplies as needed
  
• May need to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously as needed
  
• May include other duties as assigned by the PIC

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience
    
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Texas
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • National Pharmacy Technician Certification
      
    • 1+ years of Home Infusion experience
      
    • Pharmacy/prescription data entry experience with CPR+--
