Job Description:
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers patient care
tailored to the specific age group, ensuring safety, quality, and
efficiency in line with unit standards.
Must have a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and
hold a current RN license (NM or Compact).
BLS certification required within 2 weeks of hire; other
certifications within 6 months.
Requires current knowledge of patient population needs and
effective communication skills.
Responsible to the Patient Care Director or Manager.
Works in a clean, well-lit environment, with flexibility for
varying hours and emergencies.
Physical demands include handling emergencies, prolonged
standing/walking, patient transfers, and fine motor tasks, with
normal or corrected vision and hearing.
