The main tasks of the role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.What You'll Do
      • You will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.
      • You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.
      • You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.What Will Make You Successful In The Role
        • Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices.

          • At least five years of RN experience in the NICU preferred
            • NICU Charge RN experience required.
            • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program- Strongly prefer BSN or higher
            • License/Certification
            • RN- Registered Nurse
            • BLS- Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
            • NRP- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (required within 30 days of hire)
            • As this is a new unit/hospital, all nurses must be willing to float to all Women's/Children's units until fully staffed.
