Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Dallas, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,793 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified NICU RN in Dallas, Texas, 75230! Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Dallas, Texas Start Date: January 14, 2026 Location: Dallas, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays Highlights: 108-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with comprehensive critical care capabilities Patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity Advanced equipment including ventilators, oscillators, NIRS, bubble CPAP, and isolettes Experience with complex surgical patients, cardiac patients, and premature infants as young as 27 weeks gestation Documentation systems: CPN and Meditech Supportive unit staffing with RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and Nurse Externs Requirements: Active Texas RN license or compact state license Minimum 1 year Level III NICU experience required BLS and NRP certifications (current) Experience managing premature infants (28 weeks gestation and above) Proficiency in central line management and respiratory support, including care of intubated patients Experience with tracheostomy care, broviacs, surgical patients, and cardiac patients preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity NICU environment where you'll care for a diverse patient population including surgical, cardiac, and extremely premature infants.
