patients homes, focusing primarily on weekend shifts to maintain
continuity of care. Monitor patient health condition and record
vital statistics to ensure treatment integrity. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to implement comprehensive care plans.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses. Educate
patients and families about health maintenance and disease
prevention. Provide direct patient care based on individualized
plans. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance
with HIPAA. Handle emergency nursing interventions as required.
Skilled in patient assessment and management of high acuity
conditions. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic
health records. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary
team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance Active License as Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of
practice. CPR certified. IV certification loved but not
required.
