Pay: $2,400 to $2,600 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Long Term Care (Contract) – Mansfield, TX Facility: Avir at Mansfield Location: 1402 E Broad St, Mansfield, TX 76063, United Start Date: March 30, 2026 Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension Schedule: 8-hour day shifts (40 hours guaranteed) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract role in a long-term care setting. This position focuses on evaluating and treating residents with speech, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Improve patient communication and comprehension abilities Reduce risk of aspiration through targeted therapy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Schedule & Work Details Day shifts only (8 hours/day) 40 hours guaranteed per week No weekend requirements No on-call duties Requirements Minimum 2 years of SLP experience (required) Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license (required) Experience in long-term care preferred Facility Details Setting: Long Term Care Non-teaching facility Benefits Why Join Us?
