General Manager – Fast-Paced, High-Volume Restaurant We are seeking
an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic and
growing restaurant brand. As part of a privately held restaurant

With multiple locations opened in 2024 and continued expansion
planned for 2025, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven

leader who thrives in high-volume environments , is passionate
about guest service and culinary excellence , and values
collaboration and team development . Responsibilities: Oversee all
front-of-house (FOH) operations while supporting the culinary team
to ensure seamless service. Provide positive leadership , coaching,
and staff development to foster long-term success. Assist the
General Manager in reviewing financials, including P&L
statements , to drive profitability and efficiency. Maintain a
strong guest-focused presence , ensuring exceptional service
through table touches and proactive interactions. Uphold and
enforce safety and sanitation standards to maintain top-tier
operational excellence. Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to
ensure efficient, high-quality, and profitable food operations .
Lead by example, using strong interpersonal skills to train and
develop staff through a hands-on approach. If you’re a passionate,

the assigned unit. Qualifications: Proven experience in high-volume
FOH restaurant management; REQUIRES FULL SERVICE dining
environment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and
team development. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent
problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
high-pressure environment. Proficiency in scheduling, inventory
management, and operational controls. Commitment to maintaining
high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. Experienced
