Club Location: The Woodlands Country Club, Palmer Course - The
Woodlands, TX Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs,

Country Club is a premier private club in The Woodlands, TX,
featuring 99 holes of championship golf across five distinct
courses. Managed by Invited, the club offers resort-style amenities
including racquet sports, fitness centers, and multiple dining
options. Golf Courses: The club's massive 99-hole complex includes
five primary courses, each with its own character: Tournament
Course : Long-time host of the Shell Houston Open and current home
of the PGA Tour Champions Insperity Invitational . Palmer Course :
A 27-hole layout designed by Arnold Palmer featuring three
nine-hole courses: King, General, and Deacon. Player Course : An
18-hole Gary Player signature course known for its challenging
water hazards and bunkers. North & West Courses (The Trails) : Two
18-hole courses (formerly Panther Trail and The Oaks) that have
been revitalized into a 36-hole venue. Club Amenities: Beyond golf,
members have access to extensive recreational facilities: Racquet
Sports : A 30,000-square-foot indoor pavilion and 21 total courts
for tennis and pickleball, including clay and hard court options.
Fitness & Swimming : Two state-of-the-art fitness centers and the
"Blu Pool" at the Palmer clubhouse, which features private cabanas
and a kiddie pool. Dining : Options range from fine dining at
Legends and Mitchell’s to casual bites at the Player course snack
bar and grill. Events : Multiple clubhouses provide venues for
weddings, corporate meetings, and social galas Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day golf operations, ensuring a seamless
and efficient experience for Members and guests. Provide visible
and engaged leadership on the course, practice facilities, and
around the clubhouse. Supervise and mentor the golf operations
team, fostering a positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused
environment. Plan, organize, and execute golf tournaments, events,
and leagues to enhance the social and competitive aspects of the
Club. Collaborate with the events and food & beverage teams to
ensure seamless coordination of golf-related activities within the
overall Club calendar. Uphold the highest standards of customer
service to enhance the overall golf experience for Members and
guests. Address Member and guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback
in a professional and timely manner. Manage inventory, pricing, and
sales in the Golf Shop, ensuring a well-stocked and attractive
retail environment. Work closely with vendors to source quality
merchandise and negotiate favorable terms. Collaborate with the
Course Superintendent to ensure the course is maintained to the
highest standards, providing valuable input on course setup and
conditions. Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities
to enhance personal and professional skills. Assist in budgeting,
forecasting, and achieving key performance goals for the golf
operation. Qualifications PGA membership or equivalent
certification is required. Proven experience in a leadership role
within a private club setting. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills with a member-first mindset. Exceptional
organizational and multitasking abilities. In-depth knowledge of
golf operations, instruction, and tournament management. Proficient
in golf-related technology and software (e.g., Golf Genius,
ForeTees, etc.). Passionate about growing the game and creating
