Join us!You WillConducts employment related research and assist with different methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.Assist writing job descriptions.Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified candidates.Communicate effectively with hiring managers.Adheres to company policies.Adhere to privacy regulations.Assist scheduling interviews with hiring managers.Prepare progress reports on a weekly basis or sooner if required.You Must HaveMinimum 2 years associate degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree a plus (B.S Human Resource Management or Business Management)3-5 years of recruiting experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; research ability; interpersonal skills; and problem-solving skills.Ability to be flexible, a team player and interface professionally with all levels of our stakeholders.A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail.Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, computer data entry and HRIS.Must adhere to HIPAA regulations, Company Confidentiality and Code of Conduct.Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone).Knowledge of employment law.Ability to multitask and prioritize.Excellent time-management skills.Ability to work independently.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Occasionally: activity exists up to 1/3 of the time (8-hour shift = less than 3 hours total time)Frequently: activity exists from 1/3 of the time up to 2/3 of the time (8-hour shift = 3-5 hours total time)Constantly: activity exists 2/3 or more of the time (8-hour shift = 5-8 hours total time)The above noted job description is not intended to describe, in detail, the multitude of tasks that may be assigned but rather to give the incumbent a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of his/her position.
