Responsible for directing the employee development program for regional office staff, and for providing guidance and direction related to employee development for all operating employee development offices at the institutions throughout their respective region. Responsibilities includes providing advice and assistance in the formulation and implementation of policies, programs and operations in connection with the employee development program, tracking of mandatory training compliance and evaluations, the Mentoring Program, training needs assessment/annual training plans and in-service educational activities, along with educating and assisting staff in the use of new employee development technologies throughout the region. Responsible for the planning and operation of a comprehensive employee development program within the Regional Office as well as, advising Regional Administrators, institution Employee Development Managers, and Executive Staff on employee development, career enhancement, and in-service education.
