Leadership & Team Management Oversee and coach office and customer
service staff (Advocates), ensuring a collaborative and efficient
work environment Crosstrain in essential roles to provide backup
coverage and ensure operational continuity Conduct performance
reviews, goal setting, and employee development planning Promote
positive team morale and lead employee engagement efforts Executive
& Administrative Support Provide executive assistance to other
managers, managing calendars, meetings, and administrative projects
Coordinate internal meetings, agendas, and presentations Customer
Experience Oversight Lead customer service initiatives with a
customer-first approach Address escalated customer concerns and
ensure prompt resolution Implement customer feedback initiatives to
support service improvement HR & Compliance Support Manage
onboarding and termination processes, ensuring accuracy and
compliance Act as liaison for workers’ comp claims, accident
reporting, and related documentation Maintain employee, driver,
training, and medical files in line with HR policies Support
recruitment efforts and ensure cultural alignment in hiring Systems
& Operations Manage Monday.com workflows and digital task tracking
Maintain office IT systems, file management, and mobile device
administration Ensure upkeep of office equipment and manage office
supply inventory Coordinate site visits and prepare agendas Payroll
& Financial Support Review and approve payroll hours for office
personnel Assist in reporting monthly sales/job completion numbers
Track and analyze marketing, sales KPIs, and revenue budget metrics
Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives Define and refine
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for office and Advocate
functions Monitor and optimize Titan Score processes Identify
operational issues and propose effective solutions What you need to
succeed: Associate degree in business, office management, or
related field, or 2 years’ experience in an office leadership role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook ( Required ) Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field
service software ( Preferred ) Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Strong organizational, planning, and
problem-solving abilities Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable
to change HR experience and understanding of compliance standards
