are seeking a passionate and experienced HRIS Data & Reporting
Analyst/Sr Analyst to join our HR Technology team. In this role,
you will be responsible for delivering and developing and key HR
operational analytics, enhancing existing reporting, and working
across departments to deliver accurate data. You will ensure the
accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data while creating
insightful reports and dashboards to support strategic
decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities: Build
key KPIs for the CHRO and senior leadership, providing essential
insights on turnover, compensation, diversity, EEC and talent
acquisition to shape HR strategies Handles a high volume of HR data
requests, ensuring accuracy and consistency across departments
through Power BI and Workday. Design and maintain Power BI and
Workday dashboards to provide real-time workforce analytics,
transforming complex data into actionable insights on workforce
trends, and talent management. Partner with HR Leadership Team and
IT stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues within
HR systems. Oversee the development and implementation of data
cleansing and standardization processes. Collaborate with IT to
develop and maintain data warehouses and reporting tools to support
HR reporting. Foster a culture of data ownership and accountability
within the HR department. Stay up to date on HR data trends and
best practices in data governance. Identify and implement new
technologies and tools to improve data management and reporting
capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a
related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance,
data quality management, or HR analytics. Experience with data
visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Workday HCM
Reporting, Customization, and Prism experience is desired, but not
required. Proven experience developing and implementing data
governance policies and procedures. Strong understanding of HR data
and its role in strategic decision-making. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
