Alpine is seeking aSoftware Developer to join our Grand Prairieoffice. In this role, you'll join an agile scrum team responsible forcreating software features within Alpine's suite of software products. The Software Developer will participate in all areas of development including design, coding and testing in collaboration with the team.Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with an Agile Scrum team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based applications
• Analyze and provide solutions to complex technical problems and projects
• Develop automated unit tests for applications according to company standards
• Participate in peer review sessions of solutions and related code, ensure software quality throughout the complete SDLC
• Prepare software documentation including technical diagrams and manuals on the design, use and operation of the software
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering related fields
  • 1+ years' experience as Software Developer including past internships and University-related project work
  • Understanding of the development cycle using Agile with Scrum/Kanban and able to coach/mentor others on the lifecycle
  • Experience in C# and experience in C++(C++ 11, C++ 17, Standard Library)
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS or NoSQL data platforms
  • Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies leveraging Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
  • Exposure with Microservices and/or API development using SOAP/REST
  • Understanding and application of SOLID design principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Able to analyze and generate solutions to complex problems with assistance; Make recommendations and outline pro/cons
