CornerStone Staffing in Arlington/GP is hiring two -Mobile Device Configuration Techs -for -a leading IT Service Provider in Grand Prairie, TX.

Proof of COVID Vaccination Required

Title: -Mobile Device Configuration Tech

Pay: -$16/hr.

Schedule: -Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm -**Flexible to work OT and Saturday when needed**

Location: -Grand Prairie, TX 75050

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• 
  Monitor online equipment Que for orders
  
  
• 
  Process orders for cell phone and tablet activation (service tickets).
  
  
• 
  Enter data accurately and entirely in multiple applications: Inventory, Service, and Ticket processing for various customers
  
  
• 
  Accurately and effectively download and configure software on various devices using instructions to prepare the device for the new user.
  
  
• 
  Accurately document and communicate issues verbally, in email, and in applications.
  
  
• 
  Escalate issues appropriately to supervision.
  
  
• 
  Box and ship with FedEx, and place items in the outbound area.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:

  • 
    Able to be on time and commit to the project
    
    
  • 
    Strong attention to detail
    
    
  • 
    Ability to lift 30 lbs
    
    
  • 
    Able to follow procedures and processes
    
    
  • 
    Data entry and order processing skills - entry-level or higher.
    
    
  • 
    Strong customer and communication skills. When providing services our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience.
    
    
  • 
    Strong ability to communicate information verbally, in email, and in applications such as the inventory and ticketing system.
