Job Responsibilities:
The South Central
Coast Network Implementation Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end
implementation of In-building projects.
You will help to
build the foundation that keeps us in front of the competition.
Manage all facets of
high volume technical projects and programs to ensure deliverables are met
within schedule, budget and quality goals, using quality principles and
appropriate development methodologies.
Facilitates regular
meetings to review status, gather updates and reporting results for
quarterly reviews, plan of record meetings and project updates.
Develop and execute
comprehensive project plans and coordinate multiple teams across
functional boundaries.
Utilize project
tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone schedules and
completions, project issues, and overall project completions.
Identify, monitor,
report, escalate, and resolve project-related issues that may impact
critical project deliverables and timeline.
Manage changes to
project scope and program and communicate impact to downstream teams.
Prepare and present
pertinent project and program material to key stakeholders at leadership
levels.
Skills/Qualification :
Working experience with In-building projects. Coordination of cross
functional work is required to collaborate with other teams in the Submarket
including Real Estate, RF Design, Equipment, Construction, Implementation,
Operations, and System Performance.
5+ years project management of LTE RAN implementation projects
driving cross-functional teams In Building RF and Construction process
knowledge.
Demonstrated experience managing many technical projects simultaneously
and delivering results on time .
Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, analytical and
communication skills.
Demonstrated strong skillset in critical thinking, problem solving,
and influencing/motivating of non-direct reports .
Demonstrated strong knowledge and strong experience with the full
suite of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Wireless/Cellular/Telecom
RAN technologies.
Demonstrated strong ability to coordinate and work well within a
team environment to meet common goals .
Strong understanding of 4G LTE technology, Samsung and 5G
experience a plus
