Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Spirent TestCenter Engineer Position type: Contract Duration 6 months Location Westlake Texas 76262 STC Resident Engineer Act as the primary technical liaison for the customer during the engagement. Possess strong hands-on experience across network layers (Layer 2-7), with deep expertise in Spirent testing tools, especially Spirent TestCenter. Utilize and showcase existing Spirent test and validation assets to the client. Collaboratively define and review a detailed pre-silicon test plan. Develop tests as outlined in the test plan, focusing on representative scenarios for protocols, functionalities, behaviors, and features. Automate representative test cases to serve as models for client to follow. Assist with providing debugging artifacts to Spirent support. Work jointly to create a high-level post-silicon test plan, aiming to reuse pre-silicon test cases as much as possible. Deliver hands-on support including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues. Collaborate closely with engineering, support, and product teams to address and resolve customer-reported concerns. Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to building a strong, lasting partnership. STC Resident Engineer - Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience across network layers (Layer 2-7). Deep expertise in Spirent testing tools, especially Spirent TestCenter. Experience in developing and automating test cases. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Problem-solving skills. Robot Framework STC Resident Engineer - Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with pre-silicon and post-silicon test planning. Familiarity with Spirent support processes. Background in customer-facing roles. Knowledge of network protocols and functionalities.
