Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our systems. Oversee and maintain all aspects of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and security systems. 2. Implement and manage Microsoft 365 across the organization, ensuring optimal utilization and user support. 3. Monitor and manage the network infrastructure, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring high levels of performance and availability. 4. Administer servers, including installation, upgrade, patch management, and data backup. 5. Implement and maintain ITIL processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives. 6. Implement, manage, and maintain security tooling to protect our systems and data from threats and breaches. 7. Coordinate with various teams to ensure IT systems support business operations effectively. 8. Provide technical support and guidance to users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 9. Develop and implement IT policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 10. Stay abreast of the latest developments in IT technology and security, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent years of professional experience! 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experience in managing and implementing Microsoft 365, networking, server administration, ITIL, and security tooling. 4. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues. 6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts to non-technical users. 8. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions. 9. Relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network, CompTIA Security, ITIL Foundation, etc., will be an added advantage.
