Job Description:
Business Systems Analyst Manager (HealthMark Medical Group, LLC,
Addison, TX): Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all
active projects undertaken by the Innovation and Interoperability
team at HealthMark Group; Communicate product roadmaps with
management and customers, deliver key customer-facing communication
on products and services, and create systems models,
specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system
programmers; Manage active engagements with HealthMark Group’s
clients and vendor partnerships to deploy bidirectional
connectivity leveraging FHIR, HL7, IHE and other current health
technology standards; Collaborate in the planning, design,
development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements
to existing applications; Coordinate and perform in-depth tests,
including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other
post-implementation support; Interact with stakeholders and vendors
to develop requirements, design solutions, come up with test cases
and then to finally deliver connectivity with the partners; Serve
as an expert analyst, producing ad hoc reports, monitoring
performance and tracking trends; Generate and compile reports on
systems issues, including findings, probable causes, and possible
solutions. In order to perform the above-mentioned tasks, the
following experience and skills are required: Experience with
interoperability standards and technology such as HL7, FHIR, CDA
and IHE; Experience performing CRUD operations and writing complex
queries on platforms such as Snowflake, and relational databases
such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle db and Teradata; Database
management experience with platforms such as “R” and Python,
particularly with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for
data analysis and visualization; Experience with software life
cycle management, specifically with Agile software development
practices and change management principles; Experience with the
Electronic Health Record (EHR) space, specifically concerning
packaging of clinical data, transmission of clinical data and
storage of clinical data; Experience with data management and
knowledge of analytics associated with regulatory programs such as
CMS's RA and NCQA's HEDIS; Experience with coding systems like ICD,
SNOMED CT, LOINC, and RxNorm for consistent data representation;
Experience with creating interactive dashboards and reports using
tools such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI and Hyperion. Requires a
minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Healthcare
or Business Administration, Information Technology or related
field, and at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Business
Analyst or related occupation. Option to work from home is
