Description Insight Global is hiring a Level 1 Service Desk
associate to support a large healthcare organization. The Service
Desk Associate must have strong customer service skills and posess
a strong understanding of computer equipment, operating systems,
software applications, and networking principals. This team member
will provide front-line primary technical support to all end users
problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals.
Responsibilities will include responding to, documenting, and
resolving service tickets in a timely manner. Manage the processing
of incoming calls to the Service Desk via telephone, e-mail,
self-service portal, walk-in, event management, etc. to ensure
timely and effective resolution of end user issues.
