Job Description:

seeking a seasoned Principal Rust Engineer, Tech Lead, to enhance
our innovative technology initiatives. This role involves strategic
project leadership and deep technical expertise in Rust, aiming to
revolutionize our financial asset management systems. The
successful candidate will guide a team of Rust developers and
collaborate closely across departments to deliver scalable, robust
software solutions that meet business and technological goals. Lead
the design and implementation of new software applications using
Rust. Mentor and manage a team of software developers in the Rust
programming environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
define project specifications and requirements. Oversee and
contribute to the architecture and scaling of backend systems.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and
maintenance. Stay updated with advancements in Rust and relevant
technologies to incorporate into project work. Expertise in Rust
programming language. Strong background in distributed systems and
microservices. Proven ability in leading software development
projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
