Job Description:
Description The SAP Quote to Cash Lead Consultant is responsible
for overseeing and optimizing the entire Quote to Cash (Q2C)
process within an organization, leveraging SAP solutions to drive
business efficiency and revenue growth. This role involves
collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and
implementing SAP Q2C modules, and ensuring seamless integration
between sales, service, finance, and operations. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP Q2C project implementations, including
requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing,
deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with business
stakeholders to analyze and understand Q2C business processes,
identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into SAP
solutions. Design and configure SAP modules related to Q2C (SD, FI,
MM, AATP) to meet business requirements. Ensure integration between
SAP Q2C modules and other enterprise systems, such as AATP and
billing platforms. Provide expert guidance on best practices for
quote generation, pricing, order management, invoicing, service
management and revenue recognition. Lead and mentor junior
consultants and project team members in SAP Q2C methodologies and
processes. Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for
end-users and stakeholders. Manage project timelines, deliverables,
and risks to ensure successful project execution. Support change
management and adoption initiatives related to Q2C process
improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information
technology, Business Administration, or related field. 10 years of
experience implementing SAP Quote to Cash processes, including
proven expertise with SAP SD and related modules. Strong
understanding of sales, pricing, order management, invoicing,
service management and revenue recognition in SAP environments.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA solutions is mandatory. Excellent
communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Professional
certifications in SAP Q2C, SD, or related areas are a plus.
Preferred Skills Experience working in consulting environments or
with multiple clients. Knowledge of industry-specific Q2C
requirements (e.g., manufacturing, technology, medical devices,
services). Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management
methodologies. Ability to drive process change and foster adoption
in dynamic business environments.
