Job Details Job Details: Seeking commercial litigation attorney to join our team! This exciting role involves representing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, handling all aspects of litigation, including trial, mediation, and arbitration. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to take their career to the next level, working on complex cases and gaining extensive courtroom experience. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, including trial, mediation, and arbitration. Conduct thorough and meticulous legal research to support case preparation. Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses. Consistently maintain client communication, providing regular updates on case progress. Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to managing all client matters. Develop and implement litigation strategy for complex cases. Represent clients in court and before governmental agencies, presenting evidence and arguments as necessary. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve disputes without resorting to litigation. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas Minimum of 2 years' experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation. Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and written and oral communication skills. Proven track record of managing a caseload, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and working efficiently under pressure. Demonstrated ability to advocate effectively in a variety of settings. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical conduct. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a high level of productivity.
