Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Requirements: The candidate must
be a member in good standing of the Texas state Bar. 5 years of
experience resolving mortgage defaults involving deceased borrowers
in state district courts and probate courts. Manage and draft
probate filings, including petitions for administration,
inventories, and accountings, ensuring compliance with court rules
and deadlines. The candidate must be able and willing to handle a
significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights.
The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, written
and verbal communication skills, and must be willing to assist in
growing the firm’s presence as a top-performing firm. The candidate
must value reputation and be willing to proactively develop
relationships in the industry to be viewed as a trusted partner and
advisor by both clients and colleagues. Court appearances will be
required, and some attendant travel may be required. Benefits &
