Dallas | Hybrid AmLaw 10 firm seeking a Real Estate Tax
Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Tax practice in Dallas.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–7 yrs exp handling
sophisticated tax matters related to commercial real estate
transactions. The role offers exposure to complex structuring,
transactional tax planning, and high-value real estate investments
within an elite platform. The Role • Advise clients on federal,
state, and local tax aspects of commercial real estate transactions
• Structure tax-efficient real estate acquisitions, dispositions,
and joint ventures • Support tax components of development projects
and financing transactions • Draft and negotiate tax provisions
within transactional documents • Collaborate with corporate, real
estate, and private equity teams on integrated matters Ideal
Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school •
3–7 yrs exp in real estate tax or transactional tax matters •
Experience structuring complex real estate transactions • Strong
analytical, drafting, and advisory skills • Top academic
credentials • Ability to manage multiple high-level matters
simultaneously • Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission Why
