Our client, a leading logistics and freight solutions provider, is seeking a Dispatcher - CSR to join their team. As a Dispatcher - CSR, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Bilingual Dispatcher - CSR Location: Grapevine, TX Pay: $18.00 Shift: 9am-6pm or until finished (MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT) You may have to work 7am-3pm depending on shift rotation. Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week along with Sunday off. What's the Job? Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps What's Needed? At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a call center environment is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus What's in it for me?
