Competitive hourly pay: $26–$28/hour Monthly bonus potential Stable, long-standing Texas company (since 1984) Local routes – home daily Well-maintained equipment Respectful, safety-first culture Growth opportunities within a strong organization What You’ll Do: Safely load, strap, secure, and transport construction materials and equipment Perform DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections using Whip-Around Deliver materials to customers on scheduled routes with professionalism and care Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding routes, timing, and delivery status Use BisTrack and mobile applications for delivery confirmations, photos, and signatures Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and Texas traffic laws at all times Assist with unloading when required (limited heavy lifting over 60 lbs) Maintain a clean, safe, and professional truck (no smoking or modifications) Represent Barnsco Texas with integrity and excellent customer service What We’re Looking For: Valid Class A CDL 2 years of CDL driving experience Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations (strapping, air brakes, inspections, hands-free communication) Clean driving record preferred Ability to adapt to changing routes, job sites, and weather conditions Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Willingness to pass background check and drug screening About Barnsco Texas: Barnsco Texas has served the concrete construction industry for over 40 years, providing rebar fabrication, post-tension services, concrete supplies, equipment sales, rentals, and maintenance.
