Job Description Job Description We are seeking skilled and
reliable Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing team.
These are hands-on, non-supervisory roles focused on keeping
production equipment running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal
candidates will be mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and fluent
in Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance to
minimize unplanned downtime Diagnose and execute corrective repairs
on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Install
and set up new machinery and production equipment Troubleshoot
unexpected machine breakdowns and implement effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
performed Support production teams by ensuring machinery runs
safely and efficiently Train production staff on routine
maintenance best practices Comply with company safety policies and
promote a clean, hazard-free work environment Collaborate with
engineers and operations teams to optimize equipment performance
Shift & Pay: Normal Hours: 5:30AM to 2:30PM – Training hours will
be 8 to 5 pm Pay: $20-24 DOE Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of
hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Fluent in Spanish (required) Comfortable in a hands-on,
non-supervisory position Prior experience supporting production
