Job Description Job Description Production Supervisor - First Shift - Food & Beverage Manufactur Title: Production Supervisor (First Shift) - Food Manufacturing Location: Dallas, TX (75212) Salary: $70,00-$90,000 10% BONUS Requirements: 5 Years in a Production Supervisor role with high-speed manufacturing experience and the ability to work with a team of 10-20. Candidate must have extensive experience with production planning, food safety & leadership. SHIFT HOURS: 1st Shift Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor in the food industry to lead and motivate our team in producing high-quality pork rinds. In this role, you will ensure that production processes meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards while managing and training hourly associates. As an advocate for our safety and training programs, you will empower employees to create a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment aligned with our mission and core values. What You Will Be Doing 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry. Prior experience in a supervisory role, leading a team in a production setting, preferably in food production. Leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA). Ability to evaluate and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. What You Need for this Position Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field 3 Years Experience in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Ability to lead a team of 20 An understanding of HACCP/Food Safety Ensure products are produced in compliance with quality key checkpoints and within "Good Manufacturing Practices". Manage processing or packaging schedule to maximize output while minimizing costs, including active problem-solving participation to achieve results. Coordinate product changeovers with the Plant Machine Operator, production staff, packing, and quality assurance. Ensures teams understand Safety and put actions in place to mitigate when necessary.
